Why is my speed slow even after connecting?

Your speed depends on the BDIX bandwidth allocation from your ISP. If your ISP has limited BDIX capacity, our VPN cannot exceed that physical limit. Test your raw BDIX speed first.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

Yes, depending on your plan. Starter allows 1 device, Gamer allows 2, and Family allows 5 concurrent connections.

Error 619 or 809 when connecting?

These are common firewall errors. Ensure "GRE Protocol" (Protocol 47) is allowed in your router settings. If using a mobile hotspot, try switching between L2TP and PPTP.

Do you keep logs?

We strictly follow a no-logs policy for user browsing activity. We only monitor session duration and data usage for billing purposes.
